FAQ's
1. When can I expect to receive the referral payout?
The referral commission is paid within a few days after registration of the property
2. What are the terms and conditions?
- All referrals need to be new referrals. Homes mandated to other agents, will unfortunately not qualify.
- Referrals fees will be paid upon the successful sale of the home.
- The mandate must be a Sole Exclusive Mandate.
- Property must be located in the Somerset West, Strand or Gordon's Bay area
3. Do you offer cash payments?
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash payments. Referral fees will be safely transferred via EFT.
4. What are the timelines?
I will pay the referral when the property referred or the buyer referred has taken transfer of the property. Within a few days of transfer taking place, I get paid commission at which time, I will pay the referral. It will never take more the 7 days of registration to pay out.
5. How do I know if you have received my referral?
No need to worry we will contact you once we have received your completed referral form and keep you informed on the progress.
